Hey Ya'll, It has now been four months since my Sleeve Gastrectomy surgery. I am almost back to the 200's. I have enjoyed a lot of different activities that I was not able to do before the surgery. Fishing the whole lake instead of sitting in one spot. I can walk for long periods of time now so I can go to different festivals and not have to sit and rest every twenty feet. I find it easier to talk to people about my weight loss and the struggle I have had due to the weight I used to carry around with me. I want to become a motivational speaker for people who are thinking of weight loss surgery and people that have had weight loss surgery. Hope you all are doing amazing, and as always I love everyone of you.
